4 easy on the elliptical.  30 min core workout.  Legs and feet still very beat-up.  Note to self:  Never train in a heavier cushioned shoe, then run a marathon in a racing flat.

Just working out to stay in shape.  Been thinking about a December marathon.  I would hate to end running marathons with my STGM performance.  It was pretty embarrasing!!!

Positive note:  Nice to have such an awesome family.  When I finished, my daughter, son and nephew came charging over.  They acted like I just won something.  Once again, that puts it all in perspective.

Training:  Going to enjoy the cooler temps and really appreciate running.  Not many ipod runs, just alot of running and thinking.  Hope everyone is feeling better after the marathon!
