6 very, very, easy miles.  Slept in, ended up running with my good friend, Bret Barben.  We just enjoyed the run and did alot of talking.  Funny, my legs feel worse after these type of runs, then the faster ones, go figure!

Is this the same Brett Barben who was the QB at Pine View when we were there in like 1986-87. Haven't seen him in a long time. Is he running the marathon?

From Mike Warren on Aug 29, 2008 at 14:30:23

Jeff, yes same Bret Barben. He runs a couple days a weeks, just to stay in shape. No marathon for him. His knees are pretty beat-up. Playing college football will do that to you.

I thought Bret played at Snow, did he play anywhere after that?

From Mike Warren on Aug 29, 2008 at 19:29:44

Ya, he played for SUU.
