Wow Mike your getting in some big miles this week already. How is everything going?? Not very discreptive. Couple more weeks of hard training and then we are tapering for SG. Your are going to do awesome I am sure man.

Thanks guys, I really thing by body adapts to high miles, pretty quick. Legs actually feel pretty good. Going, 10-12 with Bull & Marcie tomorrow. Then a grueling 23 on Sat. Then yes, my legs will be thrashed, guaranteed. I wouldn't normally build miles this fast, but I had one small window for STGM and decided to go for it. I just hope it all holds together. Brent, are you thinking STGM? I have a sneakin suspicion, it's on your mind!

Thanks Mike - you are doing amazing yourself! SGM should be a piece'o'cake for ya after all the mileage you've been hammerin'! For me, Logan is awesome so far, a little overwhelming at first, but I'm getting into the groove of things and I'm loving it. Keep up your hard work, you amaze me!
