Ran with Bull & Marcie.  Started at the running center and did our 12 mile loop through Ivins.  Alot of rolling hills on this run.  Glad to get the 12 in, just hope the legs can handle the 23 tomorrow.

Nice job man. Your getting in some really great high milage this week. You will do great tomorrow I am sure. Your going to do great in 5 weeks.

Mike, 77 mile week coming? Awesome. 12 miler followed by 23, my legs would be trashed. Have a great run.

Thanks guys. Brent, in the come back I have been stacking my miles. Friday 12, then long on Sat. Not sure, but hoping if I can endure the long Sat runs on rubber legs. Maybe, on fresh legs, the marathon will be easier. Dare I use that word. What do you think? You are the knowledge tree.

Mike, my take, your due for a big backoff week to rest and recover, I would back off to under 50 or less miles next week with some pool running. It is risky running business to jump your miles so quick.
